Who is Hiroic for?

What is role definition

Role Definition is the core of Hiroic’s process—it’s where the AI deeply interviews each team member (via voice or chat) to extract unique perspectives on what “great” looks like for the role. 

It then:
- Surfaces misalignment across the team,
- Guides consensus and clarity, and
- Builds a shared definition of success that drives every subsequent hiring step—from job ads to candidate vetting

Think of it as turning unstructured opinions into a living, structured intelligence about the role.

What is included in the role pack?

Once a team completes a role definition, Hiroic generates a Role Pack that includes:
- A role-specific job ad optimized for the right audience.
- Interview rubrics and scorecards aligned with team-defined success.
- Outreach and recruiting content that authentically communicates what makes the role compelling. Top “must haves”, “nice to haves”, “hard yeses” and nos for this role, and the core responsibilities with a 90 day plan.

All of this is rooted in the shared definition—ensuring that hiring decisions stay anchored in alignment, not assumptions.

Who can see my hiring data and role definitions?

Only invited collaborators (e.g., hiring team members, recruiters, or HR partners) can view and interact with a role definition.

Data generated (e.g., role context, vetting analysis) contributes to Hiroic’s anonymized learning model, which enriches the platform’s overall “fit” intelligence—but individual team data remains private and secure

Do I need to install anything or integrate with my HR systems?

No installation or mandatory integrations are required.  Hiroic is AI-first and product-led, operating as a web-based platform. Integrations with HR systems are expected at the enterprise tier, but individual hiring managers can start instantly—no setup needed

Can multiple people collaborate in real time?

Yes. 

Hiroic is built around multi-stakeholder collaboration:Each team member participates asynchronously via AI-led interviews.

The platform consolidates everyone’s input, then enables teams to review and align in a shared workspace.  This collaboration is core to how Hiroic replaces back-and-forth meetings with structured clarity

Will Hiroic help me vet candidates?

Yes — vetting is the next major feature (launching Dec 2025). 

Using the team’s role definition as its lens, Hiroic:
- Reviews every resume against the team’s success criteria.
- Flags promising fits, likely misses, and “maybe” candidates worth considering.
- Surfaces why a candidate could work—even if they don’t match on paper.
- Even more - it allows you to give candidates the feedback they deserve, tell them what makes them a great or poor fit for the role.
